This website is operated by Tri City Rock, Inc. ("Tri City Rock," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. Purchases, deliveries, and account terms are handled at the yard and are governed by the invoice, quote, or account agreement you receive from us.

What we do

Tri City Rock is a materials supply yard. We sell and deliver concrete, rock, sand, gravel, brick, block, pavers, wall systems, soil, sod, and hardscape materials for pickup or delivery. We do not install, finish, or build. Any description of how a material is used is general information only. Installation, engineering, permitting, and code compliance are the responsibility of you or your contractor.

Pricing and availability

We do not publish a price list on this site. Prices change with the market and the season, and they depend on quantity, product, and delivery location. A price is only valid when it is quoted to you directly by the yard, and it is good for the period stated on the quote. Product availability, colors, sizes, and specifications can change without notice, and photographs on this site are for illustration and may not match the exact material in stock.

Quantities and estimates

We are happy to help you estimate how much material a project needs. Any estimate is based on the measurements you give us and is a good-faith guide, not a guarantee. Ordering a little extra for waste and compaction is standard practice, and final quantities are your call.

Requests sent through the site

Submitting a contact, delivery, or employment form does not create an order, a reservation, or an employment relationship. A request is confirmed only when a member of our team contacts you and you agree to the details. You agree that the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Site content

The text, photographs, logo, and design of this site belong to Tri City Rock or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in working with us. You may not copy, republish, or use the content for any other purpose without our written permission. Supplier names and logos belong to their respective owners.
