What we stock
Three sands and one base rock.
- Mason sand. Fine, washed sand for mortar, masonry joints, and paver-joint sweeping.
- Plaster sand. Cleaner and more uniform than mason sand. For plaster, stucco, and finish work.
- Concrete sand. Coarser, with a bit of grit. Blends into concrete for strength.
- Base rock and drain rock. Class 2 base for compacted sub-base under concrete and pavers. Drain rock for French drains and dry wells.

How we sell it
Bags, yards, or by the ton.
Sand and gravel ships three ways. Small bags for repair work, cubic yards for medium pours, and bulk tonnage for foundations, slabs, and drainage. Tell us square footage and depth, we will figure out how much you need.

Pick the right type
Mason, plaster, and concrete sand each have a job. We will match the right product to your project at the counter, just tell us what you are building.

Quantity math
A cubic yard of sand covers about 110 square feet at 3 inches deep. Gravel covers about 80 square feet. We back-calc the order from your square footage.

Delivery surface
Sand and gravel are heavy. Driveways and gravel access roads yes, lawns no. We will talk through site access when you call.

Pickup or delivery from our Fremont yard. We answer in person, Mon to Fri 7am to 4pm, Sat 7am to 3pm.
