Who we are

Tri City Rock, Inc. ("Tri City Rock," "we," "us") is a family-owned concrete, masonry, hardscape, and landscape supply yard at 43157 Osgood Road, Fremont, CA 94539. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us. This includes:

• Contact and delivery requests. Your name, phone number, email address, job site address, and the details of what you need, submitted through our contact and bulk delivery forms.
• Employment applications. Your name, contact information, work history, and any resume or document you attach through the employment form.
• Direct contact. Anything you share when you call, email, or visit the yard.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit) to keep the site running and secure. We may also use a web analytics service, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to answer your questions, prepare quotes, schedule pickups and deliveries, review job applications, and keep in touch about your order. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the business: our website host, our email provider, and the form and analytics tools built into this site. These providers handle your information on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site may set a small number of cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may behave differently.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations. Employment applications are kept for a reasonable period in case a suitable position opens, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will honor the request unless we need to keep the information for a legal or business reason. California residents may also have additional rights under California privacy law. To make a request, call or email us using the details below.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
