Family owned and incorporated since 1986, still on Osgood Road.

Two generations of the same family running the same Fremont yard. Concrete, masonry, hardscape, and landscape supply for the people who built the Bay Area. We are here to serve our community and contractors alike, providing quality products at an affordable price.

Our Story

From Washington Boulevard to Osgood Road since 1994.

Tri City Rock was incorporated in Fremont in 1986 and started on Washington Boulevard. In 1994, the family purchased the Osgood Road property, four times the size of the original yard, and relocated to 43157 Osgood Road, where it has been ever since.

What started as a small concrete and masonry supply yard serving the Tri City Area, Fremont, Newark, and Union City, grew alongside the contractors and homeowners who returned year after year. Two generations of the same family have run the yard since then. The crew you meet at the counter today are the same people who helped your neighbor pour their patio last summer.

We sell concrete, masonry, hardscape, and landscape supply, and we deliver freshly mixed concrete to job sites of all sizes. Same family, same yard, same phone number.

What hasn't changed

Same family. Same yard. Same answer when you call.

You will not get a sales script when you call Tri City Rock. You will get the same answer two generations of our family, or one of our team members, would give you in person: what we have, what it costs, and when we can get it on your job site.

Selection

Concrete, masonry, brick, block, stone, sand, gravel, soil, sod, and landscape supply. The kind of inventory depth you do not find at a big-box store.

Delivery

Freshly mixed concrete delivered to job sites of all sizes. Bulk material drops for contractors and homeowners. Pick up at the yard or schedule a delivery.

People

Two generations of the same family. A counter crew that knows the products and the area. We answer the phone.
